Mr. Mandap has been working with civil engineering for over 23 years and in the hydropower sector for more than 17 years. Mr. Mandap has Ph.D. in Hydraulic Engineering, Master's degree of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering with Bachelor in Civil Engineering. Mr. Eben has been working with solarpower business and product development for over 12 years. Mr. Eben has a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

To ensure a basis of an effective corporate governance framework, Finep Engineering promote transparency, fair markets and efficient allocation of resources and acts only in the rule of law and support effective supervision and enforcement. Finep Engineering follows ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). To achieve a sound corparate governance, Finep Engineering strives to uphold the following five principles:

1. Good business ethics

Finep Engineering company´s executives should be honest and truthful in all their business doings, in all their business activities. They show personal integrity and will fight for their beliefs no matter the situation or pressure. Finep Engineering aims to target business goals which reflects the expectations of all it's investors. This is accomplished in particular through continuous dialogues with Finep Engineering´s investors, but also with it´s partners and staff.

Finep Engineering is organised and run according to the following rules:

• To find and complete hydropower projects with focus on electro-mechanical equipment and to explore and complete civil engineering projects.

• To develop, maintain and supervise projects by cost- efficient use of broad technical resources.

4. Organisational effectiveness

Finep Engineering is a functional organisation.

5. Reporting

Finep Engineering believes that improvements of the organisational effectivenes is an ongoing process, that consists of modifications of the organisational form and style through regular consultations with it´s stakeholders and partners.
